Have the Portola 02. I’m 72 years old and love bike riding. In the past dozen years I’ve owned 4 different e-bikes and ridden many miles. This is by far the best e-bike I’ve had. The quality and thoughtful design is amazing. Finally a bike that I can set up the way I want so I can get some exercise when I want or go easy when I want that. Highly recommend this bike!

I purchased the Roadster v3 a year ago and couldn't be happier. Its familiar, lightweight design and functionality are just what I was looking for. I actually had the chance to ride the bike at ride1up's San Diego store before ordering – if more people could get on this bike like I did, I believe the commuter and "adult" e-bike rider would be all over the v3. It suits Chicago's streets perfectly (after swapping the tires for better pavement grip). I'm convinced it's the best lightweight, flat-bar e-bike in the US market. Focusing on weight and familiar ride quality, vs. battery range or motor power, is the right call for a big slice of an underserved customer segment. There are less than 5 similar bikes, this is the best. And ride1up is a fantastic company to buy from, they've supported me with a couple minor issues. Hoping ride1up triples down on bikes like the Roadster and I'll be seeing more of them on the road here!

I would first like to thank the San Diego technical support team for assisting me with a few issues that arose while getting my new Portola 2 E-bike up and running. It was so nice to be able to talk to a technician on phone and then send in a support ticket which was straight forward and easy to submit. In today's world of AI bots and non human interface with customer service it was a pleasure to be able to feel confident that the staff was there to support me throughout the process. I am so excited to be able to ride my new E-bike in the cool fall weather with this week being peak color for the season in the Northeast. I absolutely love my new bike and I am confident it will offer me the experience I have been looking for with riding as much as possible and just smiling while doing it. I without hesitation can recommend Ride1UP as a rock solid company to do business with. They really make superior products and the value for your money is unheard of in an industry that continues to increase the pricing of these bikes to a point that the average person finds it out of their price range for the features that the Portola 2 offers. If you are on the fence with the decision to purchase your new E-bike from them don't hesitate as you will be making a financially sound decision for a superior product.

Purchased two bikes from Ride1Up already. Loved the bikes, reasonable priced e-bike, perfect for urban commute.

After researching e-bike brands and spec's for a couple of months I decided on Ride1Up. After determining the style of bike I compared watt hours, torque (nm), drive type, class (1,2,&3) and weight . From my perspective their pricing is very competitive and their spec's exceed more expensive brands.

Love the VORSA! Rode one yesterday on some light AZ gravel trails and was impressed. Saving up now to buy one a VORSA of my own.
